Real Talk:
Why is it that folks like to use Facebook as a open forum to try and publicly humiliate someone they are upset with? This is very immature and it speaks volumes about the characters of those involved. If you are the person who starts the confrontation by calling somebody out (especially if you use their real name) then you are the worst one, searching for a audience because we all know that all the people on our friends list are not your close circle of friends who you would look to to share your feelings and get advice. You are trying to make this person you are mad at angry, but if you have to do all this to make them mad, then obviously they don’t care enough about you because if they did it wouldn’t take a public name-calling session to get their attention.
To the person being called out, do yourself a favor and don’t respond to these rants. The way I see it anyone who would rather demean my character on Facebook was never a friend or lover and they aren’t worth my time. When you respond you are making yourself look just as bad as the person who started the mess. So please folks, think before you act because every action has a equal and opposite reaction.

New Year
Its a New Year! I have been contemplating what my goals are going to be this year and it is already February and I still haven't finished adding to this list. I realize I have a lot to get done and not much time to do it! Time is so relative. Like Einstein's theory of relativity: If you touch a hot pan a second feels like an hour but an hour with your significant other can feel like a second. When we are young we envision the life we want but it never ever crosses your mind that it just won't work out that way, or at least not as perfectly as you may have envisioned it in your mind! Time presents challenges and the act of living presents obstacles, but its these obstacles that makes us stronger. People who have never had to battle any obstacles crumble under pressure. Our current recession is a great example. People have already begun committing suicide because they lost that job with the six figure salary. Now that does suck but I don't recommend jumping off no cliffs! So I have gone back to my childhood to remember that life I envisioned for myself and now its time for a new chapter.

Waiting
In my 26 years of living I have seen many women waiting. Waiting on what one might ask.......waiting on the man they love to give into whatever need they may have at the time which is usually a solid commitment also known as marriage. But as a woman still dating I have to wonder what makes women wait because I just don't have the patience. Many may say that I haven't been in love so I don't understand. Honestly I can't understand. I have trouble understanding why a decent woman who works, pays her bills, keeps herself up, and has her own car and crib would want to demean herself waiting on a commitment from a man? You are to step aside while he screws around while still doing all those nice and cute things so that some other woman doesn't steal your spot? You have got to be kidding me!!! I would rather be alone then be a side dish! If he isn't ready to commit than you know what you have to do....its time to make that move. If he wants you then either he is going to decide to be ready or decide to let you go so that he can be free until he is sure that he is ready for something long term. In the meantime you keep dating, start a blog, take a vacation...do whatever you have to do to keep your life moving and not stagnated waiting on something that may not be meant for you to have in the first place...
